Will the markets see a Huge Correction from here ?

I receive such queries from Traders / Investor on daily basis..

Well I have tried to answer this query below....

In my 12+ years of Trading and Investing Career I have never tried to predict the market for 2 reasons :

1. Because I strongly believe no one can and

2. Not predicting the markets has paid me handsome returns apart from getting sound sleep at night !

I will give you small real time example....

On 9th June 2017 I was in Delhi for a Seminar, I had mentioned about our Hidden Gem - FEL which was then up 123%

During the same Period Nifty is almost flat or up just marginally...

Compare this to other asset classes...like Gold, Real Estate, P.F, Fixed Deposit etc...

As rightly said by Peter Lynch, "Although it's easy to forget sometimes, a share is not a lottery ticket... it's part-ownership of a business."

On a much serious note - Economy wise there are hardly any signs indicating a peak but investors / traders behavior tells 180 degree opposite story.

There is a way out *****

Focus on the company you invest,

find out what it is doing,

what is going to be its future,

what promoters are planning for it,

how its earnings are being discounted (valuations) and

regularly track the quarterly results declared by it.

Stay with such stocks as long as the company story remains enticing.

That it is the surest way to success

Now I will give you another example **** just few days on August 20th I had mentioned you about CESC - Recall here

why we booked early...

In my last update I shared a Smart Idea for you **** [ Recall here ]

We recently booked 40% + Profits in our Hidden Gem Centrum Capital.. [ Recall here ]

Many Traders asked us as to Why Cool Brains recommended this and why we booked early as TGT was 70+

Below is our observations / reply :

* Centrum is one of the market leaders in forex transactions in India.
* Recently they sold a stake in their subsidiary -'centrum direct' to Jacob Ballas NY private equity fund which valued the subsidiary at 1500cr which was same as the market cap of the company at the time.
* And at the same time, there was a management change in Centrum and the new promoter has been buying 5% stake in centrum every year.
* The management indicated they will launch an aggressive nbfc book building which meant that the nbfc business was available free of cost to investors.
* While the idea was to exit centrum around 70. But there has been no improvement in business as we were expecting.
* And since the market is at a high, it became a risky investment hence we exited with a 40-45 % profits.

* Secondly, FEL has operating cash flow in excess of 1000cr against a market cap of just 1400 odd crore.
* Although the company is saddled with huge debt of 4400+ crore, it has crown jewel assets which are valued more than 5000cr and growing very fast.
* Management has indicated that they will sell off assets and pare debt in the future.
* This made FEL a no brainer for us. Future Supply Chain IPO is coming in FY18 and Future Generali Insurance sale talks are on as per CNBC reporting.
* This will unlock immense value for the company.
